Training - Young Rider scheme

This  course is aimed at riders  aged 16-19 with mopeds or small machines up to 125cc.

Course aims:

To promote a positive riding attitude
• Peer pressure
• Group riding
• Attitudes to other road users

To develop risk reduction strategies
• Protective clothing
• Visibility issues
• Machine control technique

To develop observation, anticipation and planning skills
• Urban settings
• Rural settings
• Filtering
• Positioning

The cost of the course is £75. On completion you can apply for £25 off your insurance through Lexham Insurance.
